Support & Management – Overview

We provide three levels of Support & Management to our Webslice clients. Our website has all the details, but in short, your support plan will decide how much help and we can provide you, as well as if we will monitor your sites and applications for you.

TierPrice+ Per SiteSupportCoverageMonitoring
Standard$0$0Community & EmailPlatform OnlyNone
Business$50$2.50Standard + Live ChatPlatform & App24x7 Monitoring & Response
Premium$350$5.00Business + PhonePlatform & App24x7 Monitoring & Response

For mission critical sites or applications we strongly recommend choosing the Premium tier.

Selecting Your Support Tier

To change your Support & Management tier, go to your Team Settings in the Console. You will need admin-level access to make this change.

When you upgrade your Support & Management, the new tier applies to your entire team and all the servers, containers and serverless infrastructure in that account.

Platform & Application Support

Platform support covers your Webslice platform. We’ll help solve issues affecting your servers, containers, serverless platform and our network. We’ll also answer questions about the Webslice Console’s functions and features. This support does not cover anything running inside your infrastructure.

Application support covers parts of the software that run in your Containers or Serverless sites, as well as more advanced technical questions. While we won’t write or debug code for you, we’ll answer questions about performance issues, crashes, or why your website may have stopped working.

Our Support and Team Membership

Sometimes the best way for our Support Team to help solve a customer’s issue is to access your Console. In this case, members of our Support Team can temporarily add themselves to your team and their membership of your team will auto-expire after a few hours.

This makes it very transparent when someone from Webslice accesses your account. You’ll temporarily see the Support Team member in your list of team members, and your Activity log will show you when they joined and left.
